Legal Storytelling: How to Persuade with Story
Date: May 14, 2020

Time: 4 PM (90 minutes)

Program Description:

Some say storytelling is the most persuasive means of persuasion, but few lawyers are taught the craft.
Now you have a chance to learn the fundamental elements of storytelling in this webinar presented by Attorney Christopher P. Kriesen, a litigator, mediator, and arbitrator.  You will learn:
1) Why story persuades,
2) The universal storyform used by Hollywood in blockbusters,
3) How storytellers get audiences to take sides, and
4) How to use these principles in arbitrations, mediations, trials, and appeals.
This interactive seminar will include film clips demonstrating these ideas.
Christopher P. Kriesen, founder and principal of The Kalon Law Firm, has spoken over twenty-five times in the last three years. He has told true stories on stage to audiences as large as 500 people and has given this seminar as far away as Honolulu.
