Legal Storytelling: How to Persuade with Story

Program Description:

Would you like to learn how to use storytelling to persuade judges, juries, and arbitrators? Lawyers are taught to use logic, but people understand the world through the stories they tell, and ultimately make decisions based on the most compelling story. In this seminar, you will learn the universal story form, how to adapt it to trials and arbitrations and workshop a fact pattern.
